We are here to implement buyers Code of Conduct in Accordance with Bangladesh Labor Law, Bangladesh National Building Code, Bangladesh Fire Safety Rules & other local & international laws.

In recent Years Our Factory has inspected by Accord, (Structural, Fire & Electrical Safety). We have a Green Category in Structural Safety. Beside this, JICA also inspected our factory for Structural Safety & remarked good. Another Buyer “Philhobar” also inspected our facility by BUET & remarked Good.

We have the certification of BSCI, SEDEX. UL, SFG, ORSAY, SRG, TAKKO, & others respective Buyers has Audited our Factory & we are working with their Code of Conduct towards continuous Development.

Aims & Objectives:

  2. Establish the Workers Rights & Human Rights;
  3. Ensure the Equal Wages & Equal Rights for Women Workers;
  4. Improve the Working Condition & Environment in Working Places;
  5. Ensure Workers Health & Hygiene Safety.
 Main Activities:
  1. Support, Cooperate & Conduct the Factory base movement;
  2. Awareness Building among the workers;
  3. Training & Participatory discussion for the Workers;
  4. Ensuring Women workers right as well as their Health & Safety improvement;
  5. Awareness building for health & environment & to provide health facilities;
  6. We provide Group Insurance facility for all workers, Final Settlement for resigned
    workers, Maternity leave & benefit for our pregnant workers, Child care facility for
    the working mothers who have child, & also provide leave as per Laws ;
  7. We have a “Workers Participation Committee-WPC”, where remains on going
    communication & coordination between Management & Workers to Improve Work
    Places as well as Workers Right, Health & Safety improvement & ensuring better
    Quality Production.
